Coronavirus Update

Due to the direction from Bishop Jenky and Governor Pritzker, St. Mary's School will be closed on Monday, March 16 through Friday March 20, due to the ongoing spread of the Coronavirus.

St. Mary's will be implementing an eLearning day on Wednesday, March 18th. Mrs. Hartrich and teachers will be sending a detailed plan to you Monday eventing to be ready for our eLearning day on Wednesday, March 18.

Teachers will be reporting to school on Monday, March 16 to prepare and organize for our eLearning day. On Tuesday, March 17th St. Mary's School will be going through a deep cleaning process that has been outlined by Catholic Mutual, to guarantee that the school is safe and germ free for when students return back to school. Our students are always our #1 priority.

Spring Break will continue as scheduled from March 19-27. At this time, we are anticipating to resume school on Monday, March 30th. St. Mary's will continue to communicate this ongoing pandemic so families can adequaltely prepare.

Monday evening you will receive an email from Mrs. Hartrich outlining the school procedure for the following:

  • Overall Expectation
  • Daily Attendance Policy
  • Resources Available

Monday evening you will also receive an email from your child's teacher oulining the daily schedule and procedures that will be used during our eLearning day that is specific to their grade level.
