Team Philosophy

4/5 & 6 Teams:

  • Kids are in different developmental phases
  • All players are part of the team, even less talented players!
  • All team members will play the equivalent of 1 quarter if they have
attended all practices this week.Missed practices may reduce playing
    time for that game.

7/8 Teams:

  • Competition is more competitive

  • If a player attends practice regularly, the player should get a fair
share of playing time. (Fair share does not mean equal time and it
does not mean play the last two minutes of the game.)
